Use your points in three steps
- STEP 01
Sign in
Use the account where you collected your points. You can check your balance in My Account.
- STEP 02
Choose your designs
Add full-price products to your basket. Sale items cannot be discounted using loyalty points.
- STEP 03
Apply your points
Open Use your points in the basket or at checkout, enter the number to use and select Apply before paying.
For example: 50 points gives you 50p off, 100 points gives you £1 off and 500 points gives you £5 off, up to the eligible full-price value in your basket.

Where can I check my points?
Visit My Account and sign in. Your loyalty balance and personal referral link appear below your account details.
Can I use points on sale items?
No. Loyalty points can be redeemed against full-price products only. In a basket containing both full-price and sale items, only the full-price products receive the reward discount.
Have my existing points lost any value?
No. Your existing balance is unchanged and 100 points still gives you £1 off eligible full-price products. The reduced earning rates apply to future qualifying purchases and actions from 27 September 2026.
Do my points expire?
No, your points do not expire. Save them for a future full-price purchase.
What if I forget to sign in?
Sign in before adding designs to your basket. This keeps your orders, downloads and loyalty points together in the correct account.
Loyalty programme terms
Points are awarded for qualifying purchases and actions under our loyalty programme rules. You must be signed in at checkout for purchase points to be credited to your account. Points can only be redeemed against full-price products; sale items are excluded.
Sublimation Designs UK reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme with prior notice.
