UV-DTF Design Licence Agreement – Sublimation Designs UK

By purchasing our designs and using as UV-DTF (Ultraviolet Direct to Film Printing) , you agree to the terms outlined in this licence agreement. These terms ensure the correct use of our designs and protect both you as the customer and DAB Digital Designs Limited, the owner of all design files. Please read this agreement carefully.

TD Prints is our only approved third-party printer for customer orders using our digital designs. You may have designs you have purchased printed through TD Prints without buying an extended licence. Your design licence and quantity limits still apply. You must not send or upload our designs to any other third-party printer.

Permitted Use:

  1. Use with your own UV-DTF printer:
    You may print designs using your own UV-DTF printer under the applicable design licence. Check file suitability and your equipment and blank instructions before printing. If using a third-party printer, TD Prints is the only permitted option.
  2. Printing through TD Prints:
    You may have designs you have purchased printed through TD Prints without an extended licence. Contact TD Prints about UV-DTF options, gang sheets and file suitability before ordering.
  3. Limited file sharing with TD Prints:
    You may provide a purchased design to TD Prints solely for your permitted printing order. You must not send or upload our files to any other third-party printer.

Prohibited Use:

  1. No other third-party printing:
    TD Prints is the only approved third-party printer for customer orders using our digital files. Printing through other services is not permitted.
  2. No Selling of UV-DTF Transfers:
    You are prohibited from selling UV-DTF transfers as standalone products. The UV-DTF prints must only be used on final products, such as glassware, metal items, or home decor.
  3. No Alterations to Designs (Except Adding Text):
    You may not alter or modify the designs, except for adding text. Any other changes to the design are not allowed.
  4. No Reselling or Distribution of Digital Files:
    You are not allowed to resell, share, or distribute our digital design files, either as standalone items or as part of a package, unless authorised by DAB Digital Designs Limited.

Ownership and Intellectual Property:

All digital design files are the intellectual property of DAB Digital Designs Limited. Purchasing a design file grants you a licence to use the file as outlined in this agreement but does not transfer ownership of the design itself.

Violations and Penalties:

Any violation of this licence agreement may result in the immediate termination of your licence to use our designs, without a refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal action in the event of a breach of these terms.

Updates to This Licence Agreement:

DAB Digital Designs Limited reserves the right to update or modify this licence agreement at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly for any changes.
