Before you choose a digital design.

We sell downloadable artwork. Finished mugs, clothing and other products shown in mockups are examples of how a design could look, rather than physical items included with your order.

1. Start with your blank. Check its printable area and the supplier’s template before choosing a wrap, coaster or other shaped design. A design shown on one product may need a different layout for another.
2. Check the files included. Read the individual listing for formats, dimensions and contents. JPEG and PNG are image formats; do not assume a listing includes an SVG cutting file or editable lettering unless it says so.
3. Match the artwork to your project. Think about shape, background and whether you need room for personalisation. Check your software supports the supplied files.
4. Read the licence. Check the permitted uses and any quantity limits before selling finished products or arranging third-party printing. The product details and applicable licence take priority.
5. Keep your order details handy. If you need help with a download or choosing a file, contact us with the product link and your order number where relevant.
