Make up to 500 products
Each purchased design can be used on up to 500 finished physical products. Contact us for permission before exceeding this limit.
Print your way
Use your own printing equipment, or ask TD Prints, our only approved third-party printing partner, to print a design you have purchased.
Sell finished products
You may sell permitted finished physical products. You must not sell standalone prints, transfers, UV-DTF stickers or decals, or share or resell the digital files.
No separate printing licence
We no longer sell separate DTF or UV-DTF licences. Purchase the design, then follow the relevant printing terms and the full licence agreement.

Full design licence agreement
Welcome to Sublimation Designs UK! By purchasing and using our digital designs, you agree to the following terms and conditions outlined in this licence agreement. These terms are intended to protect both you as a customer and us as a digital design provider. Please read the agreement carefully.
Permitted Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use each purchased design on up to 500 finished physical products. Contact us for permission before exceeding 500 products.
We no longer sell separate DTF or UV-DTF licences. Once you have purchased a design, you may print it using your own equipment or have TD Prints print it for you under these terms. TD Prints is our only approved third-party printing partner.
- Personal and Commercial Use:
You may use our designs to create physical products, either for personal use or for sale. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as t-shirts, mugs, home décor, and other products. - DTF Printing (Direct to Film):
- You may print our designs with your own DTF printer.
- You may use DTF printing services through TD Prints only.
- You are not permitted to send our designs to unapproved third-party printing companies.
- UV-DTF Printing:
- You may print our designs using your own UV-DTF printer, or have them printed by TD Prints, our only approved third-party printer. Designs may only be sold as part of finished physical products, not as standalone UV-DTF stickers, decals or transfers. The applicable design licence and quantity limits still apply.
- Sublimation Printing:
- Our designs are suitable for sublimation on products such as textiles and other sublimation-friendly surfaces.
- Gang Sheet Printing:
- You may print our designs on gang sheets (multiple designs printed on a single sheet) using your own printer where the applicable licence permits it. If ordering gang sheets from a third-party printer, TD Prints is the only permitted option. Printed designs must be applied to finished physical products and must not be sold as standalone stickers or transfers.
- Clip Art and Design Elements:
Products sold as clip art or design elements may be arranged and combined to create your own designs for finished physical products, including products you sell. You may add your own text and combine the supplied elements into new layouts. You must not sell, share or distribute the resulting designs in digital format, or the original digital files. The limit of 500 finished physical products per purchased design and our printing terms still apply. - Text Modifications:
- You are allowed to add text to our designs to customise them, provided the original artwork remains intact.
Prohibited Use
The following actions are strictly prohibited under this licence:
- Reselling Digital Designs:
- You are not allowed to sell, share, or distribute the digital files themselves. This includes reselling or distributing the design files to others in any form, apart from providing a purchased design to TD Prints solely for your authorised printing order.
- Artwork Extraction and Alteration:
- For ready-made designs that are not sold as clip art or design elements, you must not extract parts of the artwork to use separately or create other designs.
- For those ready-made designs, you may add text but must otherwise keep the original artwork intact. Products sold as clip art or design elements are covered by the Clip Art and Design Elements permission above. Neither permission allows digital resale or sharing, including digital designs you create using our artwork.
- Unauthorised Printing Services:
- You are not permitted to send our designs to unapproved third-party printing companies for DTF or UV-DTF printing. TD Prints is the only third-party printer permitted for customer orders using our designs.
- Selling Transfers:
- You may not sell printed transfers or any physical items where the main product is the printed design itself. Our designs must be used to create end-products (e.g., shirts, mugs, etc.) that are sold to the end-user.
Custom Designs
If you commission a custom design from Sublimation Designs UK, the same terms of use apply. Custom designs are licensed under the same conditions as our standard designs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Ownership
All digital designs provided by Sublimation Designs UK remain the intellectual property of Sublimation Designs UK. Purchasing a design does not transfer ownership of the design itself, only the rights to use it as outlined in this agreement.
Third-Party Supplier List
TD Prints is our only approved third-party printer for customer orders using our digital designs. You may have designs you have purchased printed through TD Prints without buying an extended licence. Your design licence and quantity limits still apply. You must not send or upload our designs to any other third-party printer.
