Can someone print my designs for me?
TD Prints is our only approved third-party printer for customer orders using our digital designs. You may have designs you have purchased printed through TD Prints without buying an extended licence. Your design licence and quantity limits still apply. You must not send or upload our designs to any other third-party printer.
Before reaching out to our customer support team, please take a moment to explore our FAQs. We’ve gathered answers to the most common questions to help you find what you’re looking for quickly. If your question isn’t covered, feel free to contact us directly.
Most designs are supplied in JPEG and PNG formats. Some include SVG or PSD files. Check the file-format summary and full product description for the exact files, dimensions, resolution and any mock-ups included with your chosen design. If you use supplied mock-ups for advertising, add your own watermark.
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an instant download link via email. The files are stored on Dropbox, and you can access them without needing a Dropbox account. Click the download link to save the files to your device. You can also find your purchased downloads in My Account. If you cannot locate the download link, please ensure the payment has cleared and check your inbox (including spam folders). You can also search for the email from website@sublimationdesigns.uk.
Please download the files immediately after delivery. Occasionally designs will be removed or discontinued, and you risk losing these if you do not download until later down the line.
No, we do not provide designs including brands such as Disney, Warner Brothers, football teams, or any other copyrighted or trademarked content. All our designs are free from these protections to ensure both you and your customers are legally compliant.

DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a process where designs are printed onto a special film, which is then transferred onto fabric using heat and adhesive. This method is versatile and works on a variety of fabric types, including cotton and polyester, unlike sublimation, which is limited to polyester fabrics.
UV-DTF is a similar process but involves the use of UV-curable inks, which provide a high-quality, durable finish that is resistant to scratching and fading. This method is ideal for hard surfaces such as glass, metal, and plastic.
You may use your own printer or have a purchased design printed by TD Prints. Check the individual design’s suitability before printing. We no longer sell separate DTF or UV-DTF licences; see our licence and printing centre for the full terms.
Yes. You may print purchased designs on gang sheets using your own printer, or have them printed by TD Prints, our only approved third-party printing partner. Apply the prints to finished physical products. You must not sell the gang sheets, standalone prints, transfers, UV-DTF stickers or decals. The limit is 500 finished physical products per purchased design; contact us for permission before exceeding it.
While our designs were initially created for sublimation printing, we have recently begun working with DTF and UV-DTF printing. Sublimation does not require the use of white ink, so designs often have “white noise” (random white pixels) that are invisible to the naked eye. These pixels, left over from creating transparent backgrounds, will print as white in DTF or UV-DTF, which may affect the final result.
To ensure the best print quality, we recommend double-checking older designs with us before using them for DTF or UV-DTF printing. If you are printing on white fabric, the design may still appear fine, but for other colours, the white pixels could stand out.
For newer designs, we are thoroughly testing them before release to ensure they meet the quality standards required for DTF and UV-DTF printing. If in doubt, please contact us before using older designs in this format.
Yes. Products sold as clip art or design elements can be arranged and combined with your own text to create designs for finished physical products, including products you sell. You must not sell, share or distribute the original files or your resulting designs in digital format. The 500-product limit per purchased design and our printing terms still apply. Ready-made artwork has different alteration rules; read our full licence agreement.
You may make up to 500 finished physical products per purchased design. Contact us for permission before exceeding this limit. Read the product description and full licence agreement together.
